Pam has been involved in the elevator industry for over two decades, after a successful period in retailing and office management.

Her elevatoring technical skills began as Office Manager for a USA elevator equipment supplier and later became their Liaison Officer for Australasia. She went on to become the NSW Representative for an interstate elevator equipment supplier.

Pam is member of the Lift Engineering Society of Australia (LESA Inc.). In 2017, Pam was recognised by her peers for completing twenty years service as Secretary of the Association
